With a background that includes the Wisconsin Athletic Club, NBA video-scouting, collegiate coaching, and teaching leadership as an adjunct professor, Derek brings a unique blend of experience and actionable insights to every audience he serves. He has been invited to speak at some of the biggest companies in the world, including Kohl’s, Molson Coors, and GE. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband, father, and youth basketball coach.
