Lee is a sales contrarian who combats old-school, ineffective selling methods and challenges you to think differently about your sales approach. He has written six bestselling business books, including Sales Differentiation and Sell Different!, which have been called “the one-two punch.” Every salesperson needs to differentiate what and how they sell to win more deals at the prices you want. He has a new book in development on discovery strategy, which will be published by HarperCollins in 2025.
When Lee isn’t working with clients to help them leverage sales differentiation strategies, you’ll find him in the gym. He is a champion powerlifter in the bench press. In 2021, he came back from what was supposed to be a career-ending injury to win the Minnesota State Bench Press Championships.
